Ina Bucher is a Swiss designer with 15 years of experience in design, branding, and visual storytelling. She began her career in leading advertising agencies, where she built strong expertise in concept development, corporate identity, and creative direction. In 2020, she founded Kontrast Design, which has since evolved into Zurich Sofia - a studio with a broader vision and international outlook.

Mirela Angelova holds a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, complemented by two Bachelor’s degrees and executive education at Harvard, Cambridge, and Berkeley. Her career spans business, marketing, and scientific research - beginning in corporate and marketing roles, then transitioning into the chemical sector, where she specialized in product chemistry and regulatory affairs. Today, she brings this multidisciplinary expertise back into marketing, focusing on market research, digital strategy, analytics, and sustainable business growth models.

And here we are, one agency working across borders with startups, established brands, and cultural institutions who seek relevance, recognition, and lasting impact.
